On a serious note...

While I don't have a formal computer science degree, I've built my career by teaching myself and quickly adapting to new challenges. Over the years, I've "learned how to learn" ... picking up new tools, technologies, and processes fast and putting them to use right away. That ability to self-teach and adapt has been at the core of my growth and in my opinion is far more valuable than a traditional degree in today's fast changing industry.
